SpectraMax M plateleserne er oppgraderbare monokromatorbaserte platelesere med et bredt utvalg av funksjoner.

Velg 3 (M3), 4 (M4) eller 5 (M5/M5e) moduls plateleser utifra dine behov og budsjett, her er det mulighet for å oppgradere på et senere tidspunkt. Alle har triple-mode kuvetteport, temperaturkontroll, risting, og SoftMax Pro programvare for datainnhenting samt analyse. Tilgjengelige moduler er UV-Vis absorbans, fluorescens intensity, luminescens, time-resolved fluorescens, og fluorescens polarisering. M5e er i tillegg sertifisert for HTRF Cisbio bioassays.

 

Software: SoftMax Pro 7

SpectraMax M kommer med den svært anerkjente programvarepakken SoftMax Pro. Denne er egenutviklet gjennom 25 år i tett samarbeid med brukere fra hele verden.  SoftMax Pro er ikke bare egnet for styring av instrumentet, men omfatter muligheter for avanserte statistiske analyser og grafiske fremstillinger. Instrumentet leveres med over 150 preinstallerte protokoller. Brukerne kan lage egendefinerte templater som kan enten lagres i egne protokoller eller importere i nyetablerte protokoller.
