GelXG and GelXA build on the great success that our collaborators and customers have had with CELLINK GelMA. Despite the representative environment that GelMA provides, we understand it can be difficult to print with due to thermosensitivity. CELLINK GelXA and CELLINK GelXG are two new blends that can be printed at room temperature. We improved the printability, ease of use, and stability of GelMA by blending it with Xanthan Gum (GelXG) and alginate (GelXA).
This base material allows the user to choose between using photoinitiator assisted or ionic crosslinking, or the combination.
