Multikanaler - MCA- for Germanium

The Topaz HR is a fully digital  compact MCA suitable for high energy resolution semiconductor detectors like High Purity Germanium detectors (HPGe), CZT detecors, etc. It includes advance spectroscopy modes: PHA, MCS, LIST, TLIST. The TLIST resolution is 30 nsec. The Topaz HR is direct compatible with the signal coming from the preamplifier of the detector and include up to 16K data channels, HV up to +6000 V or up to -6000V, preamplifier power supply to power the preamplifier of the detector and two programmable I/O’s that can be used for external start /stop , detector inhibit, gate input, etc… This Topaz HR is direct compatible with our standard Basic Spectroscopy  and our new bGAMMA software. The Topaz HR is for the moment only available with an USB interface to the computer. For more details we refer to our attached brochure.
