Genomic DNA from selected species are purified, and greater than 90% of the DNA is longer than 50kb in size as measured by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis. The DNA is suitable for Southern blot hybridizations, genomic analysis (including PCR), and genomic library construction. The Mouse Genomic DNA is isolated from whole blood from disease-free mice. Human Genomic DNA comes from multiple anonymous donors.|
